Dr Nieland is an experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience across both the NHS and private sector. At The Windsor Wellness Clinic, she delivers personalised, preventative and optimisation-focused care, combining lifestyle medicine with evidence-based medical interventions to support long-term health and vitality.

​

She is passionate about lifestyle medicine, supporting patients with nutrition, metabolic health, weight management, and sustainable behaviour change. Dr Nieland has particular expertise in the judicious use of medical therapies alongside lifestyle strategies to improve insulin sensitivity, body composition, cardiometabolic risk and overall wellbeing.

A key focus of Dr Nieland’s practice is women’s health, with postgraduate qualifications in contraception and menopause management. She has extensive experience supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, using a highly individualised approach that may include lifestyle intervention, hormonal optimisation and the safe, evidence-based use of HRT to improve symptoms, protect long-term health, and enhance quality of life.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Nieland is a GP trainer, mentor and safeguarding lead, and regularly speaks on lifestyle medicine, prevention and modern approaches to health optimisation. She maintains her own wellbeing through good nutrition, regular exercise and prioritising sleep — principles that underpin her clinical philosophy.

Dr Natasha Price is a Clinical Director and Co-Founder of the Windsor Wellness Clinic, bringing over 20 years of experience as a General Practitioner to the practice.

She is a highly experienced GP with a strong commitment to providing personalised, high-quality care, combining evidence-based medicine with a compassionate, holistic approach.

​

Women’s Health and Menopause

​

Natasha has a specialist interest in women’s health and a passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. helping them navigate what can be a complex and often under-recognised stage of life. She works closely with women to create individualised treatment plans that support both symptom control and long-term wellbeing.

​

She is an active Member of the British Menopause Society and holds the British Menopause Society Certificate of Menopause Care, ensuring her practice reflects the latest evidence-based guidance. She has over 20 years’ experience in fitting coils and contraceptive implants enabling her to offer comprehensive reproductive and hormonal healthcare.

​

Mental Health and addiction

​

Alongside her work at Windsor Wellness Clinic, she is an NHS GP Partner and GP trainer. She has an interest in supporting those with mental health problems and addiction and dementia. Natasha also serves as the Clinical Lead for the Bracknell Homeless Outreach Clinic, highlighting her long-standing commitment to reducing health inequalities and supporting vulnerable populations.

Other Interests

​

Outside of medicine Natasha is passionate about fitness. She is also a proud member of the Windsor Theatre Guild, reflecting her love of the arts and the local community.
